FAQ
How do I know which controller I have?
This is a Blackbird Controller. They were released in the early Gen 1 System. The ID plate will begin with the letters 'BB'.
This is a Raven Controller. They were released later on in the Gen 1 System. You can identify if you have this controller by looking at two things:
- The ID plate will begin with the letters 'RVN'
- The power socket and power button are located to the rear of the controller, behind the trigger.
This is a Raptor. They are the current Controller used in the Gen 2 System. The ID plate will begin with the letters 'RPT' and there is only one LED ball.
Something I want to order is currently out of stock. When will it be available again?
It depends on what the item is. Most of the time items might be displayed as 'out of stock' because they are built to order. However, there is the chance we might be waiting for more stock to come in which can sometimes take a couple of weeks depending on demand. If you'd like to know more, just get in touch with us.
My order status is 'Backordered'. What does this mean?
This means that the item is either currently being built or waiting for components to arrive. To ensure our clients receive their orders quickly, we sometimes split orders to ensure you receive what is currently available quickly. The remaining items will be sent when they are ready. If you have any questions about your order please get in touch with our Support Team.
How long will it take to build my ordered parts?
Most items that require assembly before shipping are usually ready on the same day. For larger pieces of equipment, such as complete charging docks or large quantities of headsets, it can take up to a couple of weeks to be built. So, keep this in mind when placing your order.
I ordered the wrong part, can I exchange it?
We encourage you to get in contact with us prior to placing an order if you are unsure if you are ordering the correct part. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind except in extenuating circumstances.
