Warranty Claims

You have encountered an issue with a piece of equipment and after going through all the troubleshooting steps you have managed to narrow down the cause of the fault to one part. You would like to lodge a warranty claim to receive a replacement. This page outlines the steps required to lodge a warranty claim.

In compliance with the ACCC and CAV, Zero Latency will honour warranty claims on parts that:
1. Are listed in Annexure A of your contract for the specified time
2. Are not working when you receive them
3. Display warranty conditions on the packaging (Australian sites only)

HP Products

Note: All HP Warranty claims must go through HP directly. For information on how to do this click here.

Consumable Parts

Consumable parts are not covered under warranty and can be purchased through the Zero Latency Store or from one of our approved suppliers listed here. Zero Latency considers consumable parts to be:

a) those that are consumed with use, such as cleaning products and batteries
b) those that wear down with use, such as mask foams
c) those that are frequently damaged by customers, such as HDMI cables.
